Our lavender-infused honey is a combination of our local Appalachian Mountain honey combined with organic dried lavender flowers. Given time the honey takes on a hint of the lavender flavor for a delightfully earthy spin on an already near-perfect product.
All the honey we sell is raw, meaning they are not heated and pasteurized, and are only lightly filtered.
